Spring 2010 lATE Registration continues. Register today! www.HRYSfastpitch.com/register Important information for parents and players in grades 9-12 including freshmen who are still eligible to play 14U! In order to play Summer Glory, players must be registered for a Spring Team. If you are not playing high school ball please register for the Spring season There will be competive play with 6 area leagues and an interleague Championship tournament. For those players on high school teams (Varsity or JV including freshmen) please register for the Spring teams. Age Groups and Rules There are 5 Age Group divisions in the HRYS League. Age is based on the player's birth date as of January 1 of the current year. Loudoun County Softball Alliance Spring 2010 Rules for each age group are available in PDF for downloading. Seniors Herndon Optimist Scholarship Herndon Optimist Club will award up to three $2,000 scholarships for students who are attending or plan to attend four-year post secondary institutions or who are pursuing post secondary options other than a four-year institution. http://www.herndonoptimist.org/scholarships.shtml Jeff Dalling Scholarship information will be posted soon.
