HRYS teams are coached solely by volunteers.  This registration is for Coaches and Assistant Coaches. Thank you for donating your time to help coach our girls.

Please note that all volunteers and volunteer coaches must pass a full background check to be eligible to volunteer. A follow up email will be sent from "Sterling Volunteers". Thank you for promptly completing the form.

First time coaches will need to email commissioner@hrysfaspitch.com with your birthdate, including year and then wait for confirmation before registering.

Our 8U machine pitch games use youth umpires aged 13-18. Most games are on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings from early April thru mid June. Games are usually in Herndon, Sterling and Ashburn and umpires can choose which locations they are willing to work. Umpires can expect to work 1-5 games. No experience is necessary besides having softball experience. A training session will take place in March and a manual will be provided. Umpires are paid $30 per game. Questions?
